Memberships
Iowa Meat Goat Association - Farm Membership -
[$50] Membership will be in the name of the farm and made on an application form provided by this Association which requires that the applicant agrees to abide by the Articles of Incorporation, Constitution, Bylaws, Rules and Code of Ethics. Farm/family members shall pay full dues and have full membership rights. This membership is limited to one vote. OR - Junior Membership - [$25] Any reputable individual under the age of twenty-one (21) years with an interest in meat goats who supports and obeys the Articles of Incorporation, Constitution, Bylaws, Rules and Code of Ethics may become a junior member of the association upon payment of annual dues. Junior members will not have an IMGA voting right or the ability to hold an IMGA director position. |
Junior Iowa Meat Goat Association FREE with a paid Iowa Meat Goat Association Membership Established in 2018 for all youth under the age of 21 as of January 1, the Iowa Meat Goat Association Junior Board (JIMGA) is to support the IMGA; encourage greater interest in the breeding, raising, marketing, and exhibition of meat goats; to develop leadership and communication skills; and provide increased educational experiences for members. |
